The fact that the mold came back after a surface wipe with vinegar is the biggest red flag. Vinegar only kills surface-level growth. The moisture from your AC leak has almost certainly saturated the gypsum board (drywall) and possibly the insulation behind it. The black mold you see is just the "bloom" or fruiting body; the root system (hyphae) is growing deep within the wall cavity. No product from ACE can reach that.

In the UAE, the construction materials, specifically the type of gypsum board used, are highly susceptible to moisture retention. Simply wiping the surface and fixing the AC drip pan will not solve the problem. The contaminated porous material must be properly removed and disposed of according to local municipal guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
