After the recent renovation of our kitchen, we've been dealing with a persistent issue where water seeps through from above, leaving damp spots on the ceiling. This has happened twice now in as many weeks, even though I’ve sealed all visible gaps. The municipality guidelines state that residents should address these issues within 30 days, but I’m not sure if I can handle this repair myself or if I need to call a professional. Can anyone with experience share their thoughts on whether this is something I can manage or if we should seek help?
