After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a strange greenish-black growth on the ceiling above the kids' room. It's not moldy, but it looks suspiciously like something that could be harmful. My family is staying in this apartment for another year, and I'm worried about my children breathing it in. Is there anything safe we can do to remove or prevent it ourselves?
