After the rain last month, I noticed a musty smell in the basement of my condo. When I checked, there was a small patch of mold growing on one of the walls near the corner by the laundry room. It’s only been a few spots so far, but it's really concerning and we’ve had this AC unit for two years without any issues before. How can I prevent this from happening again?
