After the heavy rains last week, I noticed a musty smell in my child’s bedroom on the third floor. The window was cracked open, and now there's some water damage to the carpet and some peeling paint on the walls. My kids have been coughing more since we moved into this room, and I’m worried it might be because of the flood damage. Should I consider getting them checked by a doctor or is there something else I should do first?
