Our villa in Jumeirah has a persistent damp smell in the downstairs guest bathroom, especially since the weather got more humid a few weeks ago. I just pulled back the wooden vanity and found black spots creeping up the wall from the base. We run the AC constantly, but it doesn't seem to help in this enclosed space. What's the best way to clean this mold off the walls and what can I do to prevent it from coming back for good?
