Mix a solution of 1 part household bleach to 4 parts water, lightly mist the area to suppress spores, and gently scrub with a disposable cloth. Never mix bleach with ammonia. Dispose of all cleaning materials in a sealed bag. For anything larger, or if you have respiratory issues, stop and call a professional immediately.

Now, the root cause: Running the AC constantly is likely the problem, not the solution. In our UAE climate, AC units are dehumidifiers.
