After the heavy rain we had last month, I noticed a greenish-brown stain on the ceiling of my bedroom closet. It smells musty and wet even when there's no visible water around. My kids have been complaining of coughing fits too. The AC in our apartment seems to be circulating some kind of moisture that could be causing this. Could it be the AC or a bigger issue with the building’s ventilation? How can I address this to prevent mold from coming back?
