The AC in my living room has been making a strange buzzing sound for the past few days, especially at night when it’s on high. My landlord mentioned that tenants are responsible for any damages they cause, but I’m not sure if this counts as maintenance or if he should be handling it since it might be an issue with the unit itself. Should I bring this to his attention, or is there something specific I should look out for first?
