We've lived in our apartment in Jumeirah Village Circle for 2 years and just noticed a bunch of black spots spreading along the corner of the bedroom wall where our wardrobe is. The AC unit is right above it and it constantly feels damp there, even though we keep the temperature low. Our tenancy contract is a bit vague about this. Is the landlord responsible for fixing the mold and the possible leak, or is this on us to clean and repair?
