We've lived in our Jumeirah Village Circle apartment for two years and just noticed a patch of black, fuzzy mold spreading from the corner of the bedroom ceiling, right behind the AC vent. It's gotten noticeably worse since the humidity spiked last month. I've been cleaning it with bleach, but it keeps coming back. Is this something my landlord is legally required to fix, or is it my responsibility as the tenant to handle it?
