Our family apartment in Jumeirah has been feeling really damp lately, especially in the master bedroom closet that shares a wall with the bathroom. I found a few small black spots on some of my shoes and the clothes have a persistent musty odor that won't go away, even after washing. We’ve been here for almost a year but this just started getting worse over the last month. Who is responsible for arranging and paying for a proper mold inspection here, me as the tenant or my landlord?
