Should I clean ceiling mold myself or call a pro?« Back to Previous Page

After the heavy rainstorm last week, water seeped into the kitchen ceiling, creating a small puddle on our floor. It's been a few days now, but the smell is really bothering me—musty and damp, as if it’s never going to go away. I’m not sure how to handle cleaning this up by myself or if I need professional help. Should I attempt to clean it up myself, or are there signs that indicate I should call a specialist?
