After the rain last month, I noticed a damp spot on the ceiling above my bedroom. The landlord said it was just water damage from outside but when I mentioned it to my neighbor, she hinted that maybe the building's insulation isn’t as good as it should be. Should I push for a certified inspection by an independent expert? What are some red flags I should look out for in such cases?
