It’s not cooling as effectively as it used to, and I’ve heard from a neighbor that they had their unit professionally serviced last month. Given our location near the sea, humidity can really take a toll on appliances. Should I consider hiring an HVAC specialist for a check-up, or is there something simple I can do myself?
