We've been in our Jumeirah Village Circle apartment for about a year, and with the humidity lately, I just found a bunch of black mold spreading along the bottom corner of my walk-in closet where it meets the wall. I’ve tried wiping it down with vinegar but it comes right back in a few days.
Who is legally responsible for handling this kind of repair and mold remediation, me as the tenant or my landlord?
