After the heavy rains last month, I noticed water seeping into the basement of our rented apartment in Mirdiff. The municipality guidelines are quite confusing, and I’m not sure if we’re supposed to report this or if it’s something my landlord should handle. What are the responsibilities of tenants regarding maintenance issues like this under Dubai Municipality guidelines?
