After the rain last month, I noticed a faint dampness coming from the wall near the kitchen where we keep our recycling bin. The AC in my apartment seems to run more than usual too, but I’m not sure if it’s related. Given that we’re renting and trying to be as eco-friendly as possible, who is responsible for addressing these issues—me or the landlord?
