After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a bit of flooding in my basement, which is where the utility room and washer/dryer are located. The water didn't rise very high, but there's definitely some standing water that hasn't completely dried out yet. Given that this apartment is rented, whose responsibility would it be to address this issue—me or the landlord?
