After the rain last month, I noticed some mold growing in the corner of our balcony. My wife and I are considering having it certified, but we're not sure if we can handle it ourselves or if we need to hire a professional. Can anyone who has gone through this share their experience on whether handling it yourself is feasible or if you definitely need a certified expert?
