After the rain last month, I noticed a consistent musty smell coming from under my bedroom floor. The AC in my apartment seems to struggle more during humid days, but it’s not clear if this is due to high humidity or some other issue with the system. My landlord has been busy renovating his office space nearby and hasn’t had much time for maintenance checks. Is it reasonable to assume that maintaining the air conditioning to combat high humidity falls under his responsibility?
