After the heavy rain last month, I noticed a musty smell coming from the corner of my bedroom closet. When I checked closer, I found some discolored patches on the back wall where there’s always moisture due to poor ventilation. The AC in here seems to be struggling as well. How urgent is this issue and what should I do first?
