After the heavy rain last month, I noticed a musty smell coming from the corner of the living room, near where the carpet meets the wall. It’s particularly noticeable when we open windows or turn on the AC. My kids have also been coughing more than usual lately. Could this be a sign of mold, and who is responsible for addressing it in our rental property?
