Our master bathroom in our Jumeirah Village Circle apartment has had black mold spots creeping up the corner near the shower for the last couple of months, and it’s starting to spread. We run the exhaust fan, but the humidity just doesn’t go away. Since this is a rental, am I responsible for dealing with this myself, or is my landlord required to handle the mold remediation?
