After the rain last month, I noticed a musty smell coming from the corner of our living room. When I looked closer, I saw some white patches starting to form on the ceiling near the window. The AC in the apartment seems fine, but it’s really concerning because my kids have been coughing a lot lately. How urgent is this issue and what should we do first?
