How do I deal with musty odors?« Back to Previous Page

After the heavy rain last month, I noticed a musty smell coming from the basement storage area where we keep all the old boxes and rarely used items. It’s not a strong odor, but it's definitely there, especially when the humidity is high. We’ve lived here for 2 years, and this is the first time we've picked up on it. Has anyone else experienced something similar in their home?
