After the heavy rains we experienced last month, I noticed a weird greenish tinge on the ceiling of the master bedroom. It only appeared after the water from outside seeped in through what seems like damaged pipes. Should this be something I should address with my landlord or is it considered part of their maintenance responsibilities?
