The ceiling in our spare bedroom has had this persistent black mold patch since the last big rainstorm in Al Quoz, and now my youngest has been waking up with a stuffy nose and a cough for the past two weeks. I’ve wiped it down with bleach, but it just keeps coming back. As a tenant, am I responsible for getting this professionally treated, or is this something I need to urgently report to the building management to fix?
