After the recent sandstorms, I’ve noticed a persistent odor coming from the air vents in my apartment on the third floor. The AC unit seems to be running more frequently than usual, but there’s still a faint musty smell that doesn’t seem to go away. Given how urgent this issue feels, should I insist on having a certified HVAC inspector look into it right away, or can we wait a bit longer?
