After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a strange greenish hue developing on the ceiling tiles above the shower area in my master bathroom. It smells musty, especially when the AC is running, and my spouse has been complaining of sneezy spells lately. Have we just discovered mold, or could it be something else? What steps should we take next to address this?
