What are the signs of mold chiller?« Back to Previous Page

After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a strange musty smell in my basement, especially when we open the door. When I checked closer, I saw some small patches of mold growing on the walls near the water heater. It’s been there for at least a few weeks and seems to have spread a bit since then. Has anyone else experienced this with their mold chiller, or do you have any advice on how to address it?
