Who is responsible for ceiling mold?« Back to Previous Page

After the rain last month, I noticed a greenish mold growing on the ceiling near the window in my bedroom. My landlord hasn't responded to any of my messages about it yet. Am I responsible for addressing this issue myself or should I be expecting my landlord to handle it?
