- Inspection for Visible or Confirmed Molds:
In instances where there’s water damage or intrusion, mold growth typically follows. For cases where molds have already been detected or confirmed by a third party, or where there is apparent visible mold growth, or when physical signs of molds are already present, we conduct a in-depth assessment to determine the infestation’s extent and formulate a targeted action plan. This service is carried out by a Senior HVAC Inspection Technician and an Indoor Environmental Engineer. When there is the presence of mold anywhere in an indoor environment, it should always be considered that spores have proliferated in the air and therefore AC units and ducting must be checked. Microbiological Samples may also be taken if there are doubts on the presence or absence of molds.
- Complete Mold Investigation:
For situations where there are no visible signs of molds but indicators like unusual smells or health issues are prevalent, we perform a thorough mold investigation. This includes a full evaluation of your HVAC system and an in-depth analysis of the structural, physicochemical, and microbiological aspects of your indoor environment.
Our team of HVAC Engineers, Microbiologists, Structural Engineers, and Indoor Scientists will take samples, readings, and photographic evidence to paint a complete picture of your indoor environment. We will identify whether molds or other factors might be contributing to your problems. Depending on your facility’s size, this test may take 48 hours or more. Pricing for this service will be quoted based on the number of living spaces in your home or office.
- Spot Checking:
If you need confirmation or validation for a specific area of your home, we also offer spot checking for microbiological and physicochemical sampling.
