After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a musty smell in my basement, especially when the humidity rises. There's also some discoloration on the wall near the floor that I suspect might be mold growth. The AC in our apartment seems to struggle to keep the air dry enough during these humid periods. Has anyone here had similar issues and what can we do to prevent mold from forming or recurring?
