After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a persistent musty smell in my master bathroom. The ceiling tiles above my bathtub seem to be holding moisture, even though I’ve increased ventilation by running an exhaust fan more frequently. Should I consider replacing those ceiling tiles or is there another solution to prevent mold from growing back?
